Gennifer Richie founded Odessa Design in 1997 with a vision of creating a design studio that was built on trust, integrity, and a passion for doing it right. With more than 25 years of experience partnering with small businesses, corporate entities, and everything in between, she thrives on working directly with service providers to zero in on their essence and develop a plan for creating visually striking, meaningful communication tools that help their businesses grow.

Gennifer is deeply invested in her community and believes it is a great way to honor her roots and give back to those who have supported her journey. She is currently a member of the New Cumberland Borough Council, Board member of the New Cumberland Public Library and Friends of the West Shore Theatre, and an active member of the New Cumberland Business & Professional Group.

Gennifer is happily married to Paul, has two active sons, Ethan and Ben, and a dog, Jake.
